Description

The use of biomarkers is increasingly important in detection of disease in a variety of species, but, to date, these biomarkers are protein-based disease indicators. To truly detect disease at the earliest stage, understanding DNA/RNA expressions, prior to onset of pathology, would be groundbreaking.

In this CPD session, Dr Eve Hanks will explore the use of microRNAs for diagnostic purposes and explain how this pioneering new testing technology can benefit your practice with the recent launch of the NEMO Companion Animal Heart Disease test.
